My overall experience was below average at best. While the CRM integration worked well and offered some convenience, the cost structure and strict contract terms outweighed many of the benefits for my business. It may be a better fit for larger companies, but I found it very challenging for a smaller operation.

Pros

The biggest benefit was that it integrated directly with my CRM, which made managing customer information, payments, and day-to-day operations much easier. Having everything connected in one system helped reduce manual work and improved efficiency for my business.

Cons

The pricing was difficult to justify for a small business. In addition to the monthly costs, I felt the cancellation fees were excessively high and made it expensive to leave the service if it was no longer a good fit. The contract terms felt restrictive compared to other options available.

Horrible Barely used the service, they kept adding charges to our account and made it impossible to remove the charges.

Cons

Rip Off company. Added additional features/costs to our account without our authorization. Tried to get them removed, continued to bill us for the additional features and would not remove from our bill. Cancelled our service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Overall I'm very happy with Clearnet. Their rates are acceptable and their customer service is excellent

Pros

The phone in help desk is especially helpful. Thankfully i don't have to call in frequently but when i do they are always friendly courteous and solve my problem within minutes.

Cons

The PCI compliance questions are often hard to navigate especially for a person with little tech knowledge

The agents are courteous and knowledgeable, walking you through the steps to get your issue resolved.

Pros

We have had no problem getting customer service on the rare occasion that we have needed help. That is huge in an era when automated messages seem to be fighting with you to keep you from speaking to a human!

Cons

No complaints. I cannot recall any hiccups in the past two years.

Ease of use. Whether on terminal or online it’s simple enough.

Cons

Wish if it was run as debit it wouldn’t charge customer fee. Worried about legalities of that.
